| 摘 要： | 通过专家访问和问卷调查，结合自己指导训练实践的经验，论述了目前掷标枪专项训练的现状，并分析了其发展趋势。研究发现，目前掷标枪专项能力训练中使用的方法不够全面，手段单一，今后应更加注重掷标枪专项能力训练的简单性和实效性，重视掷标枪专项能力训练的全面性和易操作性。

| Abstract: | This paper states on the present situation and development tendency of the javelin throw training through expert visits and questionnaire investigation, in combination with the author's experience of practice guidance in training. Research discovered, the method of javelin throw training is not enough overall, means are unitary, in the future more effect and the simpleness of training should be emphasized, the easy operateness and the overallness of the javelin throw training should also be paid attention to. |
