摘    要:我国迅速发展的高尔夫球产业与起步较晚、相对滞后的高尔夫球教育之间产生了巨大的矛盾,高尔夫球专业人才缺口巨大。鉴于高尔夫球项目特点,有必要采取校企合作来进行人才培养。依据我国深化高等教育改革要求和高尔夫球人才培养特征,河北体育学院积极开展校企合作,确立了"院企联合、学训结合、分段教学、特色培养"的人才培养模式,在对该模式理论内涵进行分析的基础上,从基地遴选、共建机制、教学活动和管理工作等方面,对该校高尔夫球运动管理人才培养模式进行研究,旨在为我国高尔夫球人才培养工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:The rapid development of golf industry is greatly contradicted with golf education which started late, dropped behind, and resulted in a huge need for golf professional talents. In view of the characteristics of golf, it is necessary to take the mode of school-enterprise cooperation for talent training. According to our national requirements to deepen the reform of higher education, and the characteristics of golf talent training, Hebei Institute of Physical Education actively carries out school-enterprise cooperation, establishes a talent training mode of College-Enterprises Cooperation, learning-training Cooperation, Section Teaching, Specialty Training. On the basis of combining basic theoretical connotations of this mode, this paper makes a research on the talent training of golf management in terms of selection of enterprise base, co-establishing mechanism, teaching activities and management, aiming to provide references for golf talent training.
