| 摘 要： | 通过对我国足球职业联赛中存在的“假、赌、黑”现象进行分析,认为“假、赌、黑”现象是我国足球管理体制冲突的结果,是中西方足球文化对接过程中出现的偏差,是社会转型过程必须付出的代价,是回报率过高形成的利益驱动,是立法与执法方面缺失的结果。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the"deceitful match of ball",the"gambling in the football game"and the"black whistle"which appeared in Chinese professional football leaguer matches.The author pointed out the cause of that: the conflict of different management systems,the warp of culture joint between Chinese and west countries,and the cost of society transition,the benefit drive of high return ratio and the imperfect law execution and lawmaking. |
