摘    要:脂肪酸合成酶(Fatty acid synthase,FASN)作为脂肪酸合成过程中关键性的限速酶,影响着机体内脂肪组织的合成代谢与分解代谢。研究发现,它与脂代谢紊乱的发生有着密切的联系。随着研究的不断深入,发现激素、降脂药物、不同的膳食结构以及运动干预会影响脂肪酸合成酶的基因表达水平。根据国内外最近研究动态,从该酶的结构、分布、功能、基因调控、疾病相关性及运动干预等方面进行综述。

Abstract:Fatty acid synthase (FASN), a key rate-limiting enzyme in the biosynthesis of long-chain fatty acid, affects the anabolism and catabolism of adipose tissue. Previous research shows that it is closely associated with lipid metabolic disorder. With deeper development of scientific studies, scientists have discovered that hormone, lipid lowering drugs, different categories of diet structures and exercise intervention can have influence on the gene expression of FASN. According to the current research status at home and abroad, this paper makes a literature review in terms of the structure, distribution, function, gene regulation, correlation with diseases and exercise intervention of this kind of enzyme.
