| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,在研究阳光体育运动本质特征的基础上,分析了高校体育课程改革存在的问题,借鉴国外高校体育的优势资源,将阳光体育运动与高校体育课程改革相结合,提出对于高校体育课改更为有效的思路和方法,旨在将阳光体育的主导思想融入课程改革过程之中,更有效地促进大学生体质健康水平的提高。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the essential features of solar sports,analyzed the existent problems in PE curriculum reform at college by literature review.Sharing with other foreign colleges the advantageous resources and integrating the solar sports into the curriculum reform,these ways of thinking would promote the physique of college students more effectively. |
