| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、归纳与演绎及逻辑分析等研究方法,对职工体育与社区体育的各自特点进行比较,深入分析职工体育与社区体育交互发展的潜在优势及现存障碍。研究认为,从职工体育和社区体育各自特点来看,二者在活动对象、活动时间、活动功能以及管理机构等方面,既相互联系又相互区别,具有交互发展、共同繁荣的内在潜力。职工体育与社区体育交互发展存在巨大的潜在优势,社区体育是职工体育发展的有效补充;职工体育能够进行影响和促进社区体育发展。但是二者交互发展也存在现实障碍:理论认识成为二者交互发展的一道明显屏障;职工体育与社区体育管理体制存在较大差异且存在功能上的障碍;职工体育与社区体育仍然没有实现真正意义上的优势互补、交互发展。

| Abstract: | Through using the methods of literature review,induction and deduction,logical analysis and so on,this paper compares the characteristics of worker＇s sports with community sports,and analyzes potential advantages and existing obstacles of interactive development of them.The results show that the worker＇s sports and community sports have connection and difference,and internal potential of interactive development in terms of active object,active time,active function and regulating organization.The interactive development of them has highly potential advantages.Community sports is the effective implement of worker＇s sports and the worker＇s sports can influence and promote the development of community sports.However,the interactive development of them also has some obstacles.The theoretical understanding becomes the obvious barrier.The worker＇s sport and community sports management system are very different and have function obstacle.They don＇t achieve complementary advantages and interactive development in true sense. |
