苍白球内侧部、黑质网状部与运动调控

摘    要:基底神经节的主要功能是运动调控。苍白球内侧部(Internalsegmentoftheglobuspallidus,GPi)和黑质网状部(Substantianigraparsreticulata,SNr)是基底神经节输出通路——“GPi/SNr-VL(Ventrolateralthalamus,丘脑腹外侧核)-SMA(Supplementarymotorarea,辅助运动区)”上的重要核团;直接通路、间接通路和超直接通路的信息最终都要经过这两个核团的整合以及丘脑的中继后,传输回皮层。目前关于GPi/SNr在运动调控方面的作用机制尚不完全清楚,就GPi/SNr在运动调控方面的研究现状予以介绍。

Abstract:The main function of the basal ganglia is motor control. Internal segment of the globus pallidus and substantia nigra pars reticulate are two nuclei on output pathway of the basal ganglia (GPi/SNr-VL-SMA) ; the information of direct, indirect, and hyperdirect pathways ultimately passes through these two nuclei to thalamus, and finally transmits back to the cortex. Mechanism of GPi/SNr in motor control has not been fully understood recently, and this article reviews current research status of GPi/SNr in motor control.
