| 摘 要： | 运用访问调查、文献资料等方法对石家庄山区贫困县和平原县中小学体育教师队伍状况进行对比研究 ,结果表明 :由于受自然条件和客观因素的影响 ,山区贫困县中小学体育教师队伍从专职教师人数、年龄结构、职称结构和学历结构等方面均差于平原县。石家庄农村中小学体育教师队伍状况的显著特点是 :师资力量严重不足、学历不达标、职称结构不合理、青年教师所占比例过大。对此 ,我们逐项进行分析 ,并提出了合理的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper is an investigation of the status of P.E.teachers staff in primary and middle schools of the rural area of Shijiazhuang city.A staff consturctive anslysis is given in this paper,covering the quantity,age group,educational level and professional posts.A comparative study based on visiting investigation and analysis of documentary resources shows that the staff constructions of P.E.teachers in mountain area are not up to the standard of those in plain area.The distinctive features of the status of P.E.teachers staff of the rural area in this city are that:Teacher resources are in urgent need;Academic attainments are not up to standard;Structure of technical posts in not reasonable;Percentage of young teachers is too large.Rational proposals are presented through detailed analysis of the above features. |
