| 摘 要： | 通过分析文献，创造性地提出：体育法学教育先源于研究生教育，目前存在三种类型的体育法学教育；伦理教育与技能教育的统一是体育法学教育定位，而案例教学和实践教学是其重要形式。在体育法学教育过程中，应该重视人文价值。
