| 摘 要： | 运动员的运动损伤不仅包括韧带、肌腱和肌肉的损伤，还涉及一些心理因素。本文介绍了主要心理因素对运动员运动损伤的影响及运动损伤对运动员心理状态的影响，并从心理建设的角度对如何面对运动员运动损伤提出了自己的建议。
