| 摘 要： | 外审制度是体育硕士学位论文鉴审程序中的重要环节，一定程度上可以避免学术自满、腐败问题。利于学术交流。但是。现行外审制度也存在外审专家遴选范围较窄、专业不对口、评价标准不统一等问题。为此，应该加强思想认识、合理建立专家库、重视专家培训、建立有效监督机制。

| Abstract: | Outside peer review system is the important link in the appraisal process of master degree of P.E,which avoids academic complacency and corruption,is beneficial to academic exchanges;but on the other hand,there are some problems about present system:such as narrow selection of outside peer reviewers,unsuitable major,non-unified appraisal standard,etc.;so,it should strengthen concept,set up expert warehouse,attach importance to expert training,put up effective system of supervision. |
