| 我国青少年竞走教练员队伍现状及质量建设研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 应用调查法、文献资料法与数理统计法,对我国青少年竞走教练员队伍现状进行调查和研究。结果发现：目前我国青少年竞走教练员来源以退役运动员为主,普遍执训年限较短,学历与学识能力不符,职称较低,知识结构不尽合理且知识水平不高。认为：进行知识能力培训、创新选聘制度加强教练员团队建设是提升青少年竞走教练员队伍质量的主要途径。 |
