| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和调查法，对我国小城镇体育管理体制和管理组织的变迁进行了回顾，并分析了现阶段我国小城镇体育管理中存在的问题，在此基础上提出了包括加强领导、健全组织、构建管理模式、增加投入、开展活动、加强社会体育指导员队伍建设、完善成人体质测试体系以及建立专项资金等在内的发展对策，希望能为我国小城镇体育的发展提供必要的参考。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the changes in the sport management system and institution in the small town,using the methods of literature review and investigation;then analyzed the existent problems.Based on this,it offered proposals to strengthen leadership,perfect organization,constitute management mode,increase input,carry out activities,build up the ranks of sport advisors,improve the physique monitoring system and set up funds,with a view to offering reference for sports development in the small town. |
