| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等方法，对重庆市城市社区居民参加体育活动的内容、时间、地点，社区的体育设施、体育服务管理以及社区居民体育消费等进行了调查，结果表明：社区体育活动女性略多于男性，年龄分布已经改变“两头热、中间冷”的现象；社区居民崇尚健身的意识增强；增进健康、运动项目爱好是居民钵育锻炼的主要内驱力；日常体育锻炼以小型多样的健身、保健、娱乐等项目为主；工作忙、无活动场所、无活动器材以及缺乏指导和体育活动经费是影响社区居民体育锻炼开展和效果的主要因素。建议加大对社区体育的宣传力度，改善社区公共体育设施，加强社区体育管理组织的建设，畅通社会体育指导员与社区体育互动机制。 |

| Abstract: | This paper conducted a survey among inhabitants in Chongqing on sports - concerned activities, time, place, facilities, service management and consumption using the questionnaire survey, documentation and mathematic ＆ statistic methods. Results showed： slightly more female participants in sports than males, the ＂hot at both ends but cold in the middle＂ phenomenon in age distribution has changed; health awareness increases and the major intrinsic motivations of the inhabitants are to enhance health and to pursue their interests; daily physical exercises are done mainly for keeping fit, healthy and entertaining themselves, small - scaled but diverse; such factors as overloaded work, no place, no facilities, the lack of guidance and funds affect the exercise. Advice was given to make community sport public, improve sport facilities, strengthen community sports management and keep a clear passage for the interaction mechanism of social sport guiders with the community sports. |
