| 摘 要： | 投掷铁饼需要良好的平衡能力作保障,具备良好的平衡能力成为铁饼运动员掌握熟练技术的关键条件之一。结合在铁饼教学和训练实践中的一些经验,分析了影响运动员平衡能力的几个主要因素,并针对“如何提高运动员的平衡能力”这一问题从技术的理论分析和实践方法两个方面进行分析和阐述,希望能为教练员和运动员更好地理解铁饼技术提供一些帮助。

| Abstract: | Balance ability is needed for discus throw and plays an essential role in grasping discus throw technique.According to teaching and training experiences,this paper analyzed some factors of affecting balance in discus throw and answered the question of "how to improve balance"from theoretical and practical ways with the hope to be helpful for coaches and throwers to deepen their understanding of discus throw. |
