| 摘 要： | 小城镇体育是群众体育发展的重要内容，它是带动农村体育发展的必然选择，是两个文明建设的重要内容。小城镇体育的健康发展依赖于有效的小城镇体育管理，小城镇体育管理体制则是实现小城镇体育管理目标的组织保证。对我国小城镇体育管理进行了理论分析，并指出了现阶段在小城镇体育管理中应重视的几个问题，旨在为我国小城镇体育的发展提供必要的参考。
