| 摘 要： | 对近些年出现的转体投掷标枪技术和传统的直拉引枪技术进行比较 ,发现其重要的特点是转体中完成引枪 ,转体程度圈套 ,最后用力阶段躯干同时绕垂直轴和水平轴转动 ,最后用力距离加大。
