| 摘 要： | 健美操运动所赋予人们的美感 ,并不是简单的人体原形的自然呈现 ,而是通过科学系统化专门训练的人的躯体、肢体 ,在音乐的伴奏下完成连贯流畅的、富有弹性的动作 ,以动态的和静态的外在形式所表现出来的特殊的美学特征。依据有关的美学理论体系 ,结合健美操的运动特点 ,对健美操的美学特征、表现形式进行了初步探讨
