| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国同发达国家在社区体育组织管理上的各自特点，总结发达国家在社区体育组织管理上的成功经验，得出启示：目前我国可以建立以社区体育俱乐部为中心的社区体育组织体系，俱乐部实行民办官助、自营自治的组织管理形式，实行半公益半消费式的经营模式；俱乐部以社区整体为服务对象并建立起覆盖整个市区的社区体育网络，实现与社区内单项体育协会、人群体育组织和晨晚练体育活动点之间的联系。
