| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对我国大众体育文化观念的发展进行历时分析。结果显示：为了适应社会发展需要,党和政府在不同历史时期提出了一系列的体育思想并制定了相应的制度,以引导大众体育文化事业的发展。总体上,我国大众体育观念从＂保家卫国＂、＂增强体质为生产、经济、国防建设服务＂向＂健身、休闲、娱乐＂等满足人们多元需要的方向转变,由单一注重国家利益转向多元化利益;体育观念呈现出与特定时期的制度相适应的特点。

| Abstract: | This article makes diachronic analysis on the development of the public sports culture ideology in China with the methods of literature review and logical analysis.The result shows: in order to adapt to the needs of social development,the communist party and government put forward a series of sports ideology and make corresponding systems to guide the development of public sports and cultural undertakings in different historical stages.Overall,the concept of public sports changes from "defending our country","enhancing health for production,economy and national defense construction service" to "fitness,leisure and entertainment" which meet people’s multiple needs,from attention to the single interest of the state to the multiple interest.The sports ideology presents the characteristics which are suitable for the systems in the particular period. |
