| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法和统计分析法的研究,发现我国竞技健美操三人操的编排与世界先进水平存在差距,主要表现在难度动作、配合动作、过渡与连接动作上。结合新规则,提出我国竞技健美操应加强科学研究,建立专业训练体系,提高教练员的业务能力和艺术修养等建议。

| Abstract: | By means of literature and statistics,the author of the essay has pointed out the gap between China's three-people setup and that of world advanced countries in the field of athletic calisthenics.It mainly reflects in movement difficulty,concert and transition.Considering the new regulations,the author suggests that,in China,scientific research be strengthened,a professional training system be built,and coaches'professional level and art cultivation be heightened. |
