| 摘 要： | 科学地制定城乡体育基本公共服务均等化发展规划,有利于促进城乡体育基本公共服务均等化的顺利推进。根据我国国情,城乡体育基本公共服务均等化需要采取范围由小及大、质量由低到高、梯次推进的策略,实现路径主要有城乡一体模式、农村社区模式和龙头带动模式。

| Abstract: | Making the development planning for urban and rural basic public sports equalization services scientifically will be helpful for the smooth promotion of urban and rural basic public sports services equalization.The study suggests that,according to China’s national condition,the urban and rural basic public sports equalization services requires to take range from small to big,quality from low to high,the strategies of high phase,there are three main choices which are urban and rural integration mode,rural communities and leading driving mode. |
