| Abstract: | The sports course taken in the police college is aimed at strengthening students physical energy, promoting to develop the functions student's organs, cultivating students' characteristics and bringing their mental willing up. Therefore, the paper will discuss about the teaching aims, content, training method related to increasing physical qualities through the sports lesson so as to reach its goal. |
