| 摘 要： | 通过对武汉地区高校在职中、高级知识分子锻炼自我效能感与体育锻炼行为关系的研究,发现“锻炼自我效能感”与锻炼的坚持性、锻炼的频率、锻炼的强度、每次锻炼时间之间存在正线性关系。针对调查结果,提出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The relationship between physical exercise self-efficacy and physical exercise behavior of college upper-middle class intellectuals on their jobs in Wuhan district was studied in this paper.The results showed that physical exercise self-efficacy was related to the period,frequency and time of physical exercise positively.Some pieces of relevant advice were put forward according to the results. |
