| 摘 要： | 教练员的临场指挥由各种要素构成 ,其中包括对运动员的心理调整、技战术的灵活运用、对比赛节奏的把握、对比赛规则、语言及形体的运用等。本文对教练员在指挥中面临的各种问题进行了多方面的分析研究 ,以提高教练员的指挥能力。

| Abstract: | The command of coaches in a competition venue is composed of various kinds of ingredients, such as the skill of adjusting the psychology of the athletes, the flexible application of techniques and tactics, the control of the rhythm of the contests, the application of the regulations, his language and body gesture. This article make a analytic research on the various problems confronting coaches so as to improve their commanding ability. |
