| 摘 要： | 运用观察法,对有氧运动对老年男性安静状态下红细胞免疫功能和淋巴细胞的影响进行分析。结果表明,训练组红细胞C3bRR、ICR（%）在第5周后与10周后有上升趋势,但是差异没有显著性;NK细胞数量第5周后有上升趋势,但没有显著性差异,后5周升高明显;安静状态下CD4、CD4/CD8（%）显著低于训练前。提示该强度运动的不同阶段对几种免疫指标影响不同,该强度对老年人可能偏高。

| Abstract: | To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on red blood cell Immune function and lymphocyte of elderly males. C3bRR. ICR （ % ） of Red Blood Cell after 5 weeks and 10 weeks have an increased trend but no difference significantly; NK （ % ） have a significant increase after 10 weeks; CD4. CD4/CD8 （ % ） decrease significantly. It is suggested that some immune indexes change in different phrases of aerobic training and the exercise is a bit intense for the elderly. |
