| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、数据统计、录像观察、比较分析、专家访谈等方法,对2011-2012赛季CBA总决赛北京金隅队的制胜因素进行研究分析,认为:相对较高的投篮命中率、相对较少的失误、高水平的外援及其在球队中的串联作用、自信顽强的作风等是北京队获胜的重要因素。从战术打法来看,北京队依赖外线进攻,而广东队更强调内线进攻。两队外援实力都较强,但北京队的外援在盘活整个球队方面有着明显的优势。在此基础上,进一步探讨了外援的使用与国内球员的培养、外援的引进与球队梯队建设、外援与我国篮球传统风格的融合,以及政府的引导作用等问题。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of literature review, mathematical statistics, and videotape observation, expert interview, this paper makes analysis on the winning factors of Beijing Jinyu team at the 2011-2012 season CBA finals. It thinks that the relative- ly high shooting percertage, relatively few mistakes, high level foreign aid and its role in the team＇s series, and confident and tough style are all the important factors of Beijing team＇s win. From the tactical perspective, Beijing team relies on the outside attack, and Guangdong emphasizes inside attack more. Both teams have strong foreign aid, but Beijing＇s foreign aid has obvious advantages in reviving the whole team. Based on this, it further discusses the use of foreign aid and domestic players＇ training, the introduction of foreign aid and echelon construction, the the guidance of the government, etc. fusion of foreign aid and the traditional style of basketball in China, |
