对多样化健美操教学方法的探讨

摘    要:运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对健美操不同教学阶段所采用的教学手段和方法进行了两年两轮的教学实验研究。结果显示:基础学习阶段实验组与对照组学生的基本技术、技能水平有显著差异;创缡实践阶段实验组学生在知识运用能力、创新能力等方面也明显优于对照组,表明贵在得法的教学是培养学生多方面能力的有效途径。

Abstract:Experimental research on the teaching measures of the aerobics has been carried on for two years by means of document information, questionnaire and statistics. The experimental results show that the basic movement skills and technical levels of students of experimental group are noticeably different from those of comparison group on different stages; on the stage of designing and editing, the students in experimental group are better than those in comparison group in knowledge utilization ability and creative ability. It indicates that scientific teaching measures and ways are effective to promote various abilities of students.
