摘    要:目的:通过模拟湿热环境,观察人体在湿热环境中汗盐成分的变化,探讨汗盐在热习服过程中的升降规律.方法:选取某大学60名18~24岁的健康男性志愿者作为受试对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组进行模拟湿热环境训练7天,试验过程中每天进行汗液收集,对照组未进行训练,在试验前后对实验组和对照组进行标准测试,并留取汗液.结果:试验组训练前后钠、氯、乳酸浓度下降值具有统计学意义,而尿素和钾盐浓度下降无意义.对照组除尿素在实验前后出现下降外,其余均未出现下降.实验组汗盐成分中尿素、纳、钾、氯、乳酸浓度在训练过程中逐渐下降,除乳酸外均在训练第5天达到最低值,而后出现回升,乳酸在训练第6天达到最低值.结论:人体汗盐中钠、氯、乳酸等成分的浓度在热习服训练前后出现降低,其浓度随训练进行出现变化.

Abstract:Objective: Objective: To observe the changes of components of sweat in artificial environmental of high temperature and humidity in order to study the rules of components of sweat to change. Methods: Sixty male students, aged 18 - 24, are chosen to be volunteers. The 60 students are divided equally into experimental and control group in random. The experimental group is subject- ed for training in the artificial environmental of high temperature and humidity for 7 days. Sweat is collected during training every day. Two groups are intended to have standard test before and after the experiment. Results: The concentrations of urea, Na + , K + , (21- and lactic acid in sweat tapered during training and reached peak on the 5th training day before up swinging except lactic acid whose peak was on the 6th training day. The concentrations of Na +, C1 and lactic acid were significantly different before and after training, while that of urea and K + were not. Conclusion: The concentrations of essential components in sweat decrease after heat acclimatization training and it is changed according to training time.
