| 摘 要： | 如何才能减少体育产业开发管理中的各种风险，这是体育产业决策较为关心的热门话题，本是基于对管理学的研究成果，阐述了风险效应分类的经，风险效应－行为决策模型等具体理论。根据体育产业的特点，举例给予了充分的说明，且对风险管理效益方法，也提出了自己的最新看法，章在总结中，指出了风险效应理论在体育管理中的实际意义 和价值，研究的最终目的，是为帮助体育产业管理的决策，了解掌握一些科学的风险效应理论知识，同时也决策提供相应的参考建议。 |

| Abstract: | How to reduce the variours risks in the sport industry is one of the hottest topics now, about which the policy- makers care most. Based on the research achievements in the management, this article attempts to classify the risk effects, then get the patterns of the behaviour strategy theoritically. According to the features in the sport industry, the authors present an abundant examples and express their new ideas about the methods of the risk management. This article conclusively expounds the value and the significance of the management in the sport industry. The mainof this paper is to help the policy - makers of the sport industry gain some sicence knowledge of risk effects, meanwhile it can provide some referential proposals to them. |
