| 摘 要： | 人力资本的外部性对人力资本所有者造成利益损害,并导致人力资本使用效率低下和人力资本投资不足.运用产权和交易费用相关理论,对运动员人力资本的外部性产生的原因进行阐释,并提出人力资本外部性的内在化路径,为激励运动员人力资本投资,提高运动员人力资本使用效率提供理论参考. |

| Abstract: | Human capital externalities hurts human capital owners and lead to inefficient use of human capital and decreases human capital-investment.This study uses the theory of property rights and transaction costs to explain why the human capital externalities of athletes,proposes human capital externalities internalization path,provides theoretical reference to encourage athletes to human capital investment and to improve the efficient utilization of human capital of athletes. |
