| 摘 要： | 以湖南省6所高校学生为调研对象。通过问卷调查，辅以文献资料比较分析等研究方法对当代大学生体育兴趣、健身行为、习惯和能力等方面滞后的原因进行分析，就如何引导大学生体育锻炼，培养提高终身体育意识和能力等方面提出对策和参考。
