| 摘 要： | 采用献资料法、专家访谈法对目前我国足球在职业化发展过程中所取得的成绩及存在的问题进行多角度分析。针对在足球职业化改革过程中管理体制、竞赛体制以及俱乐部建设等方面存在的问题，提出当前中国足球职业化改革需要按照市场规律和足球规律加以改进，同时应当吸收足球发达国家的管理经验等建议。

| Abstract: | This study undergoes a multi - angled analysis of the achievements and problems of professional football in management system in China based on literature review and experts interview. The result shows that the reform of Chinese football professionalism is facing difficulties, from points of view of both inside and outside circumstance factors that influence the reform of football professionalism, such as management, competition systems and construction of football club, professional ethics of coaches, players and referees. The author points out that the on - going management system of professional football reform in China needs to be set in accordance with the market law and football law. Meanwhile, the reform could learn successful practices from countries, which have been well developed in football and conforming to the world trend. |
