| 摘 要： | 我国幅原辽阔，民族众多，但经济发展不平衡。地理位置间已经形成的种种区域差异，要求我们必须加强各种不同环境的健康体育研究。本在介绍日本区域社会健康体育组织发展现状的基础上，结合我国的具体情况，重点阐述了对我国全民健身计划推广普及的对策建议。

Based on the introduction of the present situation of health sport organizations in the local communities in Japan and combined with concrete characteristics in China, this article especially expounds personal advice on the popularization of the Program on Mass Health building in China. |
