| 摘 要： | 在警察体能教育中,由于受各种条件的限制,教官对警察体能锻炼的强度、量和生理负荷的安排,各组锻炼间的恢复期问题看法不一致,制定计划时存在主观随意性。为了给警察体能锻炼提供科学的依据,结合警察有氧代谢能力锻炼的实际情况,通过运用“心率监测法”来严格控制警察体能锻炼的量、强度、密度,调整三者的比例,使训练更科学合理。

| Abstract: | Restricted by various kinds of conditions in police's physical fit ability education,the arrangements of the intensity,quantity and physiological load which the drillmaster tempers to police's physical fit ability,question views are inconsistent in the convalescence while doing exercises of every group,exist subjectively randomly while making a plan.In order to provide the scientific basis for police's physical fit ability exercise,combining the actual conditions that police's aerobic metabolism ability tempers," rhythm of the heart monitor law " was used for controlling the quantity,intensity and density of police fit ability exercises.At the same time,During police fit ability exercises,the proportions of quantity and intensity were adjusted through monitoring the change of rhythm of the heart in order to make it more reasonable. |
