| 摘 要： | 当今西方竞技体育文化得到极大推崇,其他国家和地区的传统体育运动项目则备受冷落,逐渐沦为非主流体育文化。通过文献资料法、对比分析法等方法,从中国道家主要思想这一视角,以人类健康和文明为出发点,分析指出西方竞技体育文化存在的不足,并通过道家思想精髓对其进行分析、探讨与研究,使形成合乎道的"自然体育"和"生态体育",以促进体育事业全面、健康、和谐及可持续的发展。

| Abstract: | In today＇s west, sports culture has been greatly promoted, traditional sport in other countries and regions of the cold, reduced to non mainstream sports culture. Through the method of literature, comparative analysis, the main idea Chinese Taoist Per- spective, and from the angle of human health and civilization as the starting point, points out the defects of the western competitive sports culture, and through the analysis of Taoist thought essence, enlightenment and suggestions, so that the formation of a road ＂natural sports＂ and ＂ecological sports＂, in order to promote sports comprehensive, healthy, harmonious and sustainable development. |
