| 摘 要： | 随着部队编制体制改革的不断深入,特种部队比例明显增加,但特战兵在征集训练和管理方面仍存在问题与不足,如何实现由"数量规模"向"按需征集"、由"常规组训"向"超常组训"、由"粗放型"向"精细型"三个转变,已成为我军特种部队当前必须认真研究的问题。
