| 摘 要： | 从“以人为本”的观念和终生体育意识的形成与培养的角度出发,针对目前体育课教学上存在的一些弊端,通过献资料法与逻辑分析法,对“快乐体育课”的历史现状、内涵与外延等因素进行研究。认为“快乐体育课”将会成为下一阶段我国体育教学改革的主导方向之一。

| Abstract: | In this article, by using the methods of literature, logical analysis, the author aimed at the problems existing in the teaching of physical education and studied such factors as the past and current situation,content and outside of "happy physical education." The conclusion is: "happy physical education"will be one of the main transformation methods of physical education on next stage. |
