| 摘 要： | 当前,我国社会正处于转型加速期,体育事业生存与发展的内外环境发生了巨大变化.旧的体育体制已不能适应社会的发展.当前应从转变政府职能的角度,重新科学地认识举国体制的作用,并针对运动项目管理体制的改革加以探讨,以建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的体育体制.

| Abstract: | Great change has taken place on the inner and exterior environment of sports' survival and development,along with the acceleration of our country's transformation.Former sports' system can not possibly adopt to social development.By the method of looking into data and material,this paper scientifically redefines the government's role under the state system.It also touches upon the transformation of sports items' management system so as to set up a kind of sports system harmonious with socialism market economy. |
