| Abstract: | According to the theory of high-guality personal cultivation, this paper studies on how to make reform of physical education in colleges and universities, results lies in: setting new conception of intellegence, refreshing the sense of physical education, holding on the idea of lifelong physcal excercises , carrying out quality-based education, optimizing the constructure of physical education courses , and promoting teachers quality and capabilities. |
