| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、文献资料和访谈法，对江苏省社会体育专业毕业生就业去向与社会需求状况进行调查研究。结果表明：近几年江苏省社会体育专业毕业生整体就业率情况较理想，但在社会体育服务领域及相关岗位从业比例不高，职业流向企业单位较多，行业较分散，职业定位困难，选择缓解就业和深造的学生比例上升。研究认为应当改革人才培养模式，确立以市...

| Abstract: | Adopting questionnaire, literature study and interview, of professional social work graduates in jiangsu province sports and social situation where demand for investigations. The results indicate： In recent years, social and sports professional graduates in jiangsu province, the overall employment situation is ideal, but in the sports services sector and other related jobs proportion of employees is not high, professional run businesses and industries are scattered, professional, choose to relieve the employment and in the proportion of students increased. Research should be considered a model of reform, established led by market demand and practical talents of personnel training objectives, the general practice to improve the capacity as the core talent training scheme to build ＇ Production, study and research cooperation in education＇ talent training, thus enhancing the social sport of professional talent training provided and effectiveness. |
