| Abstract: | By means of literature review, interview, on - the - spot investigation, the authors of this study have made analysis on the development pattern of populace Tae Kwon Do. The paper think that Tae Kwon Do hall is the main form of development and dissemination of populace Tae Kwon Do and play the decisive role in the populace Tae Kwon Do popular process. At the same time the author think Tae Kwon Do hall has four characteristic. First of all, it emphasizs spirit practice and the fitness entertainment function of Tae Kwon Do and serves for all people. Second, Tae Kwon Do hall has uniform, definite and standard organization and adminster system. Third, Tae Kwon Do hall has the club development form which adapt to popularity, industrial development form of sports. Finally, it has encouragingis rich level and grade inspection system. |
