| 摘 要： | 体育权利是宪法、体育法、教育法等相关法规都明确规定的人的一项基本权利,通过这一权利的行使,人们不仅可以保持健康的体质,而且还可以获得精神的愉悦。然而在现实生活中,体育权利被侵害和妨碍的现象却时有发生。为进一步健全和完善我国的体育权利保护制度,文章着重分析了体育权利在实现过程中的特殊之处,以及现阶段保障体育权利实现急待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The sports right is one of the fundamental rights of person which is defined definitely in such relevant legislation as constitution,sports law,educational law,etc.By using this right,people can not merely keep fit physically,but can also obtain happiness in spirit.However,in practice,the phenomenon that the sports right is encroached occasionally.In order to perfect the sports right protection system of our country further,the article has analyzed emphatically the special character existing in the course of realizing the sports right,and the urgent problem to be solved to ensure the realization of the sports right at the present stage. |
