| 摘 要： | 奥林匹克运动的实质内涵是要促进人自身的和谐发展,强调“体育为人人”,满足参与本人的健身、娱乐、社会交往等多种需要。新世纪发展中国体育的战略举措应是“大众体育优先发展”,并应从完善大众体育的法规体系建设、建立合理有效的全民健身运作机制、同卫生工作紧密结合、构建绿色体育明等四个方面入手加快改革的步伐。

| Abstract: | The essential connotation of the Olympic sports is to improve the harmonious development of man. It stresses "sport for all , which meets the various needs of the participants such as health, entertainment, and social communication. The Strategy of Developing Chinese Sport in the New Century shall be "Priority of Mass Sport. " The reforming steps should be accelerated in the following four areas: 1. perfecting the law and regulation system of mass sport; 2. setting up a rational and effective organism for mass sport; 3. working closely with health and hygiene departments; 4. building up the culture of green sports. |
