摘    要:通过对有关文献资料分析及对比赛的观察,认为足球运动员专项身体素质练习方法的制定和练习目的实现,应考虑到实际比赛对运动员身体素质要求的特点,并应在此基础上设计不同的练习形式进行针对性的练习,从而使球员有效发展和构建满足比赛所需的能量供应体系;针对如何提高球员的耐力水平,通过对文献资料综合分析,认为:在球员耐力训练方面应分步进行,应特别重视有氧耐力训练。

Abstract:Through observing the football match and analyzing the relevant document, that when the coaches make the physical fitness training plan , they should pay more attention to the characteristic of players body activity in real play, and then on base of this theory to devise the special training methods to develop and build up effectively the players energy - supply system to meet the match demands. Moreover, in this paper, through comprehensive analyzing the document, the author also answered the questions of how to improve the player's aerobic and anaerobic endurance ability and concluded that the progress to enhance the player's endurance ability should be step by step; and the loads for the players to undertake should be kept in appropriate range.
