| 摘 要： | 健康教育是增强军人健康意识,培养健康行为,促进身体和心理健康及其良好社会适应能力形成的一种活动.在现代高科技战争条件下,健康教育尤为重要.从4个方面论述了在军事体育教育中开展健康教育的必要性,为我军军事体育教育改革提供一点思路.
