| 摘 要： | 运用调查法和实验法，对一名中度网络成瘾的青少年进行了体育干预研究。通过研究，被试在整个实验过程中成瘾症状持续减轻，网络成瘾行为以及总体心理健康水平方面都得到了明显改善。这一研究结果可为青少年网络成瘾行为体育干预的进一步深入研究提供基础，也将为探索青少年网络成瘾行为干预方法提供新视角。

| Abstract: | Using the method of investigation and experiment, the research was carried out on the case study of sports intervention for the teenagers' addiction in the networks.Through sports intervention,the symptom of IAD is alleviated,and the psychological health is getting well.This research can be the base for the further investigation on teenagers' IAD and offer a new visual angle for find new methods of intervention on teenagers' addiction behavior in the internet. |
