摘    要:全面健身运动处方的实效性,主要视其是否促进全面发展,尤其强调心肺功能与力量、速度、柔韧的锻炼。通过利用课外时间有组织地进行为期8周的全面健身运动处方的实验,结果表明:大学生的速度、柔韧、力量、心肺耐力都有了明显的提高,达到了强体、健美、健心的全面健身目的。

Abstract:Substantial result of the recipe for the college students' comprehensive wellness; the main point is comprehensive,especially focusing on the practising for the wellness of the hearts and lungs,strength,speed and flexibility of the body.Organizing the students in the spare time,we have done the experiment of the Recipe for the college students' comprehensive wellness for eight weeks. The result of experiment indicates that the speed,strength, flexibility, and the wellness of the hearts and lungs of the college students have been improved evidently, so that it meets the goal of healthiness both of body and soul, and fitness.
