| 摘 要： | 《治安管理处罚法》授予了警察大量的自由裁量权,同时,对警察自由裁量权的控制也有许多新的措施和办法。尽管如此,在警察自由裁量的授予与控制方面,仍有不少问题,拟就《治安管理处罚法》中的警察自由裁量权作初步探讨。
