| 摘 要： | 单独任何一类财务指标,都不能全面评价企业财务状况和经营成果,只有系统、综合地分析各种财务指标,才能对企业的财务状况作出全面、合理、正确的评价。通过财务综合分析法可以评价企业的财务状况和经营成果,杜邦分析法就是其中的一种,文章根据杜邦分析法的优缺点对其进行改进,并用改进的方法对保利房地产企业进行财务综合分析。
